Culinary Coaching for Health -In-Home (with online option) -(3-week program)
This practical, hands-on program is for women who want to eat better and support their metabolic and hormonal health, but feel stuck when it comes to cooking. Over three in-home sessions (or online if you’re outside my area), we roll up our sleeves and use your own kitchen as the “classroom” to turn general nutrition advice into simple, nutrient-dense meals. Together we plan and practise a small set of “go-to” healthy meals that fit your time, energy and family – using the tools, ingredients and space you actually have.

During this 12-week Elimination Diet Support Program, I will guide you step by step as you explore how specific foods may be affecting your energy, digestion, mood and other symptoms. Together we will plan and navigate the elimination and reintroduction phases in a way that feels realistic and achievable. This program is an opportunity for you to gain clarity and confidence around your food choices, while I support you with coaching, accountability and practical tools along the way.
12-Session Capability Building Program
(People with Disabilities)
This 12-session 1:1 coaching program supports NDIS participants and any individuals living with disabilities to build the skills, confidence and routines they need to manage their own life and wellbeing more independently.
Across regular sessions, we work together on realistic goals such as improving daily routines, understanding health needs, preparing for medical appointments, making healthier food and movement choices within current abilities, managing stress and energy, and increasing participation in meaningful activities.
