Culinary Coaching for Health
Hands-on support to cook simple, healthy meals in your own kitchen.
A 3-session, practical cooking and meal-planning program for women who want to eat better but feel stuck in the kitchen.
A lot of women know what they “should” be eating… but actually cooking simple, healthy meals – on a busy week, in a real kitchen – is another story.
This 3-session Culinary Coaching for Health program is designed to help you:
Learn basic nutrition principles through practical cooking.
Turn healthy eating intentions into everyday habits that fit your life.
Feel more confident choosing, shopping for and preparing food.
Instead of handing you a strict meal plan, we work together in your own kitchen (or online if you’re outside my area) to simplify meals, practise a few nutrient-dense “go-to” dishes, and build a weekly meal rhythm that matches your time, energy and family – not someone else’s ideal.
Across three sessions we:
Look at what you’re already doing and what’s getting in the way.
Simplify food choices and create a few reliable “base” meals.
Practise planning, prepping and cooking with the tools and space you actually have.
Turn what you’ve learned into a realistic, repeatable routine.
You are an adult making your own choices. We design the level of change together, based on your health, your goals and your current life load.
WHAT YOU GET
This is a 3-session, 1:1 in-home (or online) coaching and cooking program where we focus on real skills in your real environment.

Simple templates (like tray bakes, stir-fries, salad bowls, soups) that can be adapted to your preferences, culture and family.Hands-on practice
We plan and prepare a few basic meals together, using your own kitchen, ingredients and equipment.Food selection and shopping skills
Guidance on writing a basic shopping list, reading labels at a practical level, and choosing staple items that make healthy meals easier.Simple planning tools

During business hours for brief questions or check-ins about agreed tasks (for example, “Which of these two products fits our plan better?”).
Important: This is a lifestyle coaching and education program. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and is designed to sit alongside the care you receive from your GP, specialist and/or dietitian.
I do not prescribe therapeutic diets. We focus on nutritional basics, skills, routines and confidence, and we integrate any medical or nutrition advice you’ve already been given into a plan that works in your real kitchen.
Who this is for
This program is especially suited to adults who:
Want to eat in a way that supports their metabolic, hormonal or gut health, but feel stuck or overwhelmed with cooking.
Feel tired, foggy or “done” by the end of the day, and need meals that are simple and realistic.
Rely heavily on takeaway or ultra-processed foods because cooking feels too hard, confusing or time-consuming.
Have basic cooking skills but struggle to turn ideas into a regular routine.
Would like someone to stand beside them (literally or virtually) and help them figure out “what to actually cook” with their space, tools and budget.
Feel unsure about how to choose healthier options at the supermarket, read labels, or plan meals without getting overwhelmed.
This program can also suit self- or plan-managed NDIS participants where meal preparation, shopping and daily living skills are part of your goals. (We can discuss this in a discovery call.)
The transformation you may notice
Every person is different, and results depend on your health, capacity and home environment. But over the three sessions, many clients notice:
A clearer sense of what a simple, nutrient-dense meal looks like for them.
Less stress and decision fatigue around “what’s for dinner?”.
More confidence using the tools, ingredients and space they already have.
A short list of “go-to” meals they can put together without overthinking.
Easier ways to batch cook or cook once and eat twice, so healthy choices show up more often in daily life.
More confidence reading labels, choosing basic ingredients and navigating the supermarket.
A stronger sense of “I can actually do this in my kitchen” rather than “I’ll start when life is perfect.”
Most importantly, you leave with practical skills and a simple plan that feels like it belongs to you – not a generic set of rules.
What else you might gain
By the end of the program, you may also notice:
A clearer idea of which small changes in your cooking and shopping have the biggest impact on how you feel.
More willingness to try small tweaks (for example adding more vegetables, changing cooking methods, or swapping some ingredients) because you know how to do it.
Less reliance on last-minute takeaway and more confidence that you can pull something together quickly when you’re tired.
A stronger sense of agency and self-trust around food – you’re not just following instructions, you’re building skills you can keep using.
Practical steps
1. Free 20-minute discovery call
We talk about your current cooking situation, health context, and what you’d like to change. We check if a 3-session in-home program is the right fit and whether it’s safe and appropriate given your medical care.
2. Onboarding
You complete a brief intake form so I can understand your health history, energy levels, dietary needs and kitchen setup. We schedule your three sessions (in-home or online) and discuss any practical considerations such as travel, access and food budget.
3. Three coaching + cooking sessions
We meet in your home (or online) for up to 2 hours per session. Between sessions, you’ll try small, agreed tasks – such as testing a new “go-to” meal, practising a simple prep routine, or trying a different choice at the supermarket – with light support if you need it.
4. Optional next step
If you find the program helpful, you can move into a longer coaching package (such as the 12-Session Coaching Program or 12-Week Elimination Diet Support) to deepen your lifestyle changes, or book occasional follow-up sessions as needed.
Investment in your health – 1:1 Coaching
This program is a focused, skills-based container designed to help you feel more confident cooking simple, healthy meals that support your metabolic and hormonal health.
3 sessions, up to 2 hours each – in-home or online
Total investment: $630 AUD
In-home sessions are available within my Adelaide service area (travel fees may apply for longer distances). Online delivery is available for clients outside this area.
For online sessions, I demonstrate using simple pantry staples and everyday ingredients; you’ll receive a shopping list if you’d like to cook along or try the meals in your own time. You are responsible for purchasing any ingredients used in your own cooking.
If you’re unsure whether this program is the right fit for you, you’re welcome to fill in the enquiry form or book a free Discovery Call to talk it through.
FAQs
Do I need to be a good cook already?
No. This program is designed for people who feel unsure, rusty or overwhelmed in the kitchen. We start from where you are, using the skills you already have, and build from there.
Will you give me a strict meal plan?
No. You’ll receive plenty of ideas, simple recipes and “meal frameworks”, but we avoid rigid, one-size-fits-all plans. Together we create options that fit your preferences, culture, family and budget.
Is this a replacement for my doctor, specialist or dietitian?
No. This is coaching and education only. I don’t diagnose, treat or prescribe. We work alongside your healthcare team, and any specific nutrition prescriptions remain the responsibility of your GP or dietitian.
Is it only in-home, or can we work online?
In-home sessions are available within my Adelaide service area. If you’re outside this area, or if in-home sessions aren’t practical, we can run the program online. You can show me your kitchen and pantry via video, and we adapt from there.
Can this be funded through NDIS?
For self- or plan-managed participants, this program may be able to sit under Capacity Building supports where meal preparation, shopping and daily living skills are part of your goals. We can discuss your situation and funding in a discovery call.
Who buys the food and ingredients?
You are responsible for purchasing any ingredients. I can help you create a shopping list before each session so we can make the most of our time together.
What is your refund policy?
