Workshop

Running a business is demanding for anyone.
For neurodivergent women, the weight of managing energy crashes, decision fatigue, planning paralysis, and overwhelm can make it feel like you're working twice as hard just to keep up.

Here's what I want you to know: that's not a motivation problem. That's not a discipline problem. That's a brain and body that need a different kind of support.

On Tuesday 28 July, I'm joining Mingle Co. for a practical, judgment-free conversation about exactly that nutrition, energy, focus, and the neurodivergent brain.

Drawing on my work as a functional health and behaviour change coach, educator, and trainer working alongside neurodivergent adults, I'll share realistic, simple strategies that work with how your brain actually functions; not against it. No perfect routines required.

This session is for neurodivergent women in business and anyone interested in understanding how everyday health habits may support energy, clarity and sustainable performance.
