Your Health, Your Focus. A 3–6 month 1:1 coaching program where you choose the focus and turn your health priorities into clear actions, workable habits and greater confidence in managing your health.

This is a flexible 12-session 1:1 health coaching program that you typically complete over 3–6 months.

Find your way to a better life. You choose the focus. You bring what matters most to you right now and we build the plan around it. For example:

  • improving energy and reducing fatigue

  • supporting a metabolic condition (diabetes, insulin resistance, thyroid issues, PCOS, etc.) alongside medical care

  • managing stress and overwhelm so you can think clearly

  • improving sleep and daily routines

  • rebuilding confidence after a health setback

  • making sense of conflicting health advice and deciding what fits you

My role is to help you:

  • sharpen your goals and define what “better” or “optimal” looks like for you

  • turn those goals into clear, realistic actions

  • practice new habits in your actual life (not in theory)

  • review what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and keep you accountable

There is a clear 12-session structure, but the content is tailored to you.

You receive 12 individual sessions to be used within 6 months of your first session.

The pacing is flexible, depending on your needs and capacity. For example:

  • Weekly sessions at the beginning, then fortnightly as habits stabilise, or

  • Mostly fortnightly across the whole program, with the option of a few weekly intensives when needed.

We agree on a plan at the start and adjust if needed, while protecting your momentum and the 6-month timeframe.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE AND PACE

Important: This is a lifestyle coaching and education program. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and is designed to sit alongside the care you receive from your GP or specialist. You remain under the care of your medical team, and we integrate their advice into your coaching plan.

Who this is for

This program is especially suited to women (around 35–70) who:

  • are living with one or more chronic or metabolic conditions

  • feel stuck between “knowing” and “doing”

  • have tried different approaches but struggle to maintain changes

  • want a space to think, plan and be honest about what’s actually possible

  • value practical, evidence-informed support rather than quick fixes or strict rules

You don’t need to be “disciplined enough” before you start. You only need a willingness to show up, experiment and learn.

Every person is different, but many people report:

  • More clarity about what they actually want from their health and life

  • A small set of habits that feel realistic and genuinely helpful

  • Less confusion about “what to try next”

  • More stable energy or mood, even if life remains full

  • Better sleep routines or sleep quality, even if not perfect

  • A sense of being an active participant in their health, not just a passenger

You are not expected to “fix everything” in 12 sessions. The goal is to build a strong foundation and a way of working with yourself that you can keep using.

What you get

Over the 12 sessions, you receive:

  • 12 x 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions (online)

  • a personalised coaching plan based on your chosen focus and health context

  • clear goals for the program and simple, step-by-step actions

  • practical tools: trackers, planning templates and reflection prompts

  • optional symptom, energy or mood tracking if helpful for you

  • light messaging support between sessions (business hours) for brief check-ins and questions about your agreed actions

The aim is to focus on the few changes that will make the biggest difference, not to “fix everything at once”.

Phase 1 – Clarity and foundations (Sessions 1–3)
Understand where you’re starting, choose your focus, set goals and establish first habits.

Phase 2 – Practice and adjustment (Sessions 4–9)
Test your plan in real life, troubleshoot obstacles, adjust strategies and build consistency.

Phase 3 – Consolidation and future plan (Sessions 10–12)
Review what changed, keep what works, drop what doesn’t, and design a realistic plan for the next 3–6 months.

Practical steps

  1. Free 20-minute discovery call
    We talk about your goals, current situation and capacity. You can ask questions about how I work, and together we decide whether this 12-session program is the right fit.

  2. Onboarding
    If we decide to work together, you sign our coaching agreement, complete a short intake form and, where relevant, simple baseline questionnaires. We schedule your sessions and confirm any key information from your GP or specialist that we need to consider.

  3. Coaching and support
    We meet for your 1:1 sessions (online). Between sessions, you can use light messaging support for brief updates and questions related to your agreed actions.

  4. Review and next steps
    In your final sessions, we review your progress, refine your ongoing plan and discuss whether you’d like to book further sessions or move to self-guided change with occasional check-ins.

Investment in your wellbeing - 12-Session Coaching Program – 1:1 Coaching

This program offers flexible, personalised coaching support over a 3–6 month period, allowing you to focus on the areas of health and wellbeing that matter most to you.

Includes:

  • 1 x 90-minute foundation session to clarify goals, priorities, and direction

  • 3 x 60-minute sessions for focused coaching, education, strategy, and problem-solving

  • 8 x 45-minute sessions to support consistency, habit-building, and accountability

  • Personalised guidance tailored to your needs and pace

Total investment:

  • Paid in full: AU$1260

  • Payment plan: 2 × $660 (total $1320)

Choosing instalments allows you to spread the investment while staying fully committed to the coaching process.

Sessions are to be used within 6 months of your first session, to support momentum and meaningful progres.

FAQs

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

We use a structured, evidence-informed elimination framework, but we co-design the intensity. Some people start with a lighter protocol; others are ready for something more comprehensive. The goal is useful information and sustainable change, not perfection.

Is this a replacement for my doctor, specialist or dietitian?
No. This is coaching and education only. I don’t diagnose, treat or prescribe. We work alongside your GP, specialist and/or dietitian, and you remain under their care for all medical decisions and treatment.

What if I have a history of disordered eating?
If you have a current or past eating disorder, or feel that focusing on food rules may be triggering, we will explore this carefully in the discovery call. In many cases it is safer to work first with an eating-disorder-informed clinician before attempting an elimination diet.

Will I be given a meal plan?
You will receive recipes, templates and plenty of food ideas, but we avoid rigid, one-size-fits-all meal plans. Instead, we create options that fit your culture, preferences, skills and family life.

Can I continue after the 12 weeks?
Yes. Many clients choose to continue with longer-term coaching for slower, deeper lifestyle change once they have clarity on their triggers, or they book occasional follow-ups as check-ins during the year.

Will I have to stop coffee or alcohol?

Yes. We explore what happens when you change your relationship with things like alcohol and caffeine.

What is your refund policy?

  • Please give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule at no charge. 24–48 hours: 50% fee. Under 24 hours or no-show: full fee.

  • Packages are non-refundable once coaching begins and expire after [3] months.

  • ACL consumer rights apply and cannot be excluded.

  • If something genuinely unexpected happens (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, I may waive one late-cancellation fee per client per [6] months. This discretion is to be fair, but to also protect booked time.
