A practical, evidence-informed lifestyle coaching program inspired by functional and lifestyle medicine principles.

Designed for busy women who feel they have “tried everything” and now want clear, realistic next steps without extreme diets or fads. The aim is not perfection, but better data: what clearly helps, what does not, and what feels realistic for you right now.

For two of the four weeks, we run a higher-commitment health reset: significant but time-limited changes to your eating and daily rhythms, so you can clearly feel the difference in your own body. You are never forced into anything; we design the level of intensity together.

·       It is collaborative and adjustable, not punishment.

It is a 2-week lifestyle experiment inside a 4-week coaching container:

• Weeks 1–2: prepare and personalise the plan.

• Weeks 3–4: run a time-limited lifestyle experiment, with support.

• Final session: integrate what you learned and decide what to keep.

When I say “experiment”, I mean a structured, time-limited lifestyle trial we design together, not a medical or clinical trial.

HOW IT WORKS

Important: This is a lifestyle coaching and education program. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and is designed to sit alongside the care you receive from your GP or specialist.

Who this is for

This program is especially suited to women (approximately 35–70) who are:

• Running on caffeine, sugar or adrenaline to get through the day.

• Constantly fatigued or foggy, even after a “good” night’s sleep.

• Feeling bloated, moody, or stuck—despite “trying everything.”

• Living with metabolic or hormonal issues and feeling let down by “just lose weight” advice.

• Ready to take more control of their energy and focus with simple, evidence-informed steps.

• More stable energy throughout the day, with fewer afternoon crashes.

• Reduced bloating and improved digestion.

 Results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including medical conditions, medications and life circumstances. We focus on what is realistic and meaningful for you.

• A series of 1:1 coaching sessions over 4 weeks (five individual sessions, online or in Adelaide).

• A personalised roadmap with weekly goals and simple habit trackers.

• A mini resource pack, which may include:

  – A 7-day recipe booklet and snack suggestions.

  – A label-reading cheat sheet.

  – “Energy Rescue” stress-reset micro-practices.

• Light messaging support between sessions during business hours, including an optional brief check-in in each week of the 2-week experiment via secure in-app or email messaging (weekday responses only). Messaging support is for brief check-ins and habit-related questions.

Together we:

• Identify the few “high-impact” habits that are worth your energy.

• Let go of what does not serve you right now.

• Design a realistic plan you can follow with or without ongoing coaching, including simple ideas for what to do when things slip and how to restart without shame.

Practical steps

1. Free 20-minute discovery call

We check if this program is the right fit, discuss your goals and constraints, and set realistic expectations.

2. Onboarding

 You complete a brief intake form and a baseline energy/symptom tracker, and we schedule your sessions for the 4-week period. You complete some assessments to understand where you are and will serve as your baseline to check your progress at the end of the 4 weeks.

 3. Weekly coaching + experiment support

 We meet for your 1:1 sessions (weekly across four weeks, with an extra integration session), and you have access to light messaging support and optional brief check-ins during the 2-week experiment.

4. Optional next step

   If you wish, you can transition into a longer Functional Metabolism program for deeper, slower transformation.

FAQs

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. We focus on real food, balance, and habits you can sustain. The 2-week experiment is co-designed with you and can be adjusted if it is too much.

Is this a detox?

No. It is a reset that supports your body’s natural detox systems. We are not using extreme cleanses or supplements. We are experimenting with food, routine and lifestyle in a structured way.

Will I have to stop coffee or alcohol?

We may explore what happens when you change your relationship with things like alcohol and caffeine, at a level that feels appropriate for you. For some women that means a short pause; for others it may mean reducing and observing their patterns.

 Can I continue after the 4 weeks?

Yes. Many clients who find the experiment helpful choose to continue with a longer Functional Metabolism program, or occasional follow-up sessions, to make changes more sustainable.

What is your refund policy?

  • Please give 48 hours’ notice to reschedule at no charge. 24–48 hours: 50% fee. Under 24 hours or no-show: full fee.

  • Packages are non-refundable once coaching begins and expire after [3] months.

  • ACL consumer rights apply and cannot be excluded.

  • If something genuinely unexpected happens (e.g., illness, family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. At my discretion, I may waive one late-cancellation fee per client per [6] months. This discretion is to be fair, but to also protect booked time.
